Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at Contact@indvita.com or reach out via WhatsApp/Call at +91 9176753214 (Available from 8 AM to 7 PM), within 24 hours of placing the order, along with a reason for cancellation.
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. If you decide not to accept the package upon delivery, simply refuse it. After the parcel is returned to our warehouse, a refund will be issued after deducting the applicable shipping and return costs from the order value.
  • We strongly recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before using any product. Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in cases of allergies, skin reactions, personal dislikes of fragrance, or color variations.
